The looks are slightly different from the GA110 above, but the watches are nearly identical in their features. G-Shock GA-100 is a popular oversized model with modern industrial looks, similar to its brothers GA100 and GA700. The looks are the main selling point here – you’ve got many colors and styles to choose from, with black & orange and black & gold being the most popular.
I think it’s a discontinued model, but it’s a really nice watch and a great addition to my collection. All G-Shock watches have batteries, even the Tough Solar models. Regular quartz battery will last anywhere between 2 and 10 years, depending on how much you use the backlight of the watch. A solar battery is self-charging but will need to be changed out after years due to wear. I want a watch for swimming that is not too big since I have a small wrist. GA-120 has estimated battery life of 3 years versus 2 years for the GA-110. I’m in sales marketing, I would like to own a G-Shock allow me to dress formal and casual looks, very confusing choice, I’m looking for price below USD$200. There is also “Full Auto” on some models which means it only activates in the dark when you turn your wrist.
