Bissell CrossWave Cordless Max Residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning products

The Bissell is the bees knees because the vacuuming and mopping can be completed simultaneously. It seems to leak a bit of the dirty water as it passes over the floor and gets collected and pools after Passover near my feet. Would be good if it also sucked while returning to feet. I usually steam clean and when I first used it I did a pass over with the crosswave and was stunned at how much more dirt there was left by the steam clean. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max doesn’t come with any attachments per se, but it does come with a 3-in-1 docking station.

The lowest-priced brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging . This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. My CrossWave stopped working 1.5 years later in July 2021, and customer service impressed me by sending out a replacement at no extra charge.

Still, the lack of a power cord makes it noticeably easier to maneuver compared to the BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro. The bissell crosswave cordless Max has some disadvantages in dealing with pet hair. It does a fantastic job of dealing with pet hair on bare floors, but you might need to make an extra pass to collect all of it on low-pile carpeting. Its brushroll is pretty tangle-prone, but thankfully you can remove it to clear away any stuck-on hair. Since you can’t configure it as a handheld vacuum, it isn’t suitable for cleaning pet hair from furniture.

I didn’t notice right within the 30 days because I but it in the winter so I wasn’t going barefoot as much, so it was past the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I reached out to them and they sent irobot vacuum cleaner me more cleaner….VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT and would not recommend it unless you only want it for the vacuuming part. We are very happy with the cross wave cordless floor cleaner.

Unlike dedicated dry vacuums and carpet cleaners, this appliance will not be as powerful as the aforementioned, but rather for general, daily use. The dyson robot vacuum Max 2554 and BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro each have distinct advantages, meaning one might suit you better than the other, depending on your needs. Both vacuums use similar detergent-dispersal functions and do a good job of dealing with dried-on stains as well as liquid spills. They’re also pretty similar in terms of dimensions and overall weight.

Simply fill the top container to the fresh water line of choice and pour in the provided Bissell cleaning solution up to the second line, about one centimetre above . Clean all types of floors with this all-in-one multi-surface cleaner without the hassle of cords. A dual-action brush roll and a two-tank water system means you only need one cleaning tool to tackle hardwood floors, carpets and area rugs. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max is reasonably maneuverable. Its floorhead pivots, allowing you to maneuver around obstacles pretty easily. It can be hard to push around on low and high-pile rugs, as its brushroll can get bogged down on carpet fibers pretty easily.

The Crosswave also made it super easy to give my carpet a quick freshening up. As I said in my first blog, it does not completely replace shampooing your carpet. I have had the Bissell Crosswave Max for about a year now, and I am ready to give another review.

No reaching for a mop and bucket, no dollops of elbow grease to release sticky substances. When you’ve finished, clip the unit into the awkward cleaning base interface, tap the clean button and watch in awe as the roller brush turns from filthy brown to a lighter shade of clean. The clean tank dispenses water and solution mixture with a pull of a trigger, while dirty water is removed from floors and stored in a separate dirty water tank. The biggest issue with this Bissell CrossWave is its abysmal, 30-minute battery life. During that time, the cleaning solution goes from hot to cold, making the next usage cycle less optimal in cleaning effectiveness. As such, you have to prioritize which areas you want this appliance to clean and which remaining places to manually vacuum/sweep and mop.

Now we still have to vacuum and then use this as a very overpriced mop. I took a picture of the floor after several passes and I know it’s a little hard to see but this is just one tile and if you zoom in you’ll see all the black dog hair. It doesn’t do well against floor boards or kitchen islands. Presumably the CrossWave Max gets its name from the wavy shape of its side profile.
