I’ve never had a problem with my G-Shock watches rusting from saltwater, but I was fishing and diving once or twice a week so it wasn’t constant exposure. The G-Shock Gulfman G9100 uses titanium parts and is officially rust-resistant (it says “Rust Resist” on the band), and it has a tide graph.
