She is always coloring and drawing pictures which she then folds to put in her mailbox! I love that the house has real features like the mailbox, a place to put a flag, and moving windows and doors. Spring is here, even though the temperatures are still confused- one week its cold, the next week it’s warmer, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
I would think you would at least get 4 years out of it. Honestly this is a yard/garage sale price so I would go for it. My 4 year old son has been begging for a playhouse and this will be perfect for the next year or two for him. I like that it doesn’t require tools to put together. We’re sorry, you have too many items in your shopping bag.

Loving the fact that the playhouse is easy to assemble. We have several Little Tikes products and I love how they last forever if they are taken care of! My little ones would love the playhouse especially the windows. I like how the playhouse comes with some windows my son would love it. I have paired the bounce pro trampolinewith other toys we have outside, and it has enhanced playtime.
Every nice day we’ve had so far, we’ve taken full advantage of. My girls love being outdoors and enjoy having a backyard. Unfortunately our back yard isn’t that big, but we try to utilize the space as best as we can. The kids have a small swing/slide combo, we have our grilling area, a sitting area, and some nice grassy area. After browsing the Little Tikes website for new Playhouses, we settled on the Cape Cottage Playhouse because of it’s design, color options, and size. Our neighborhood park has several little playhouses for the toddlers to play inside of, and I always knew I would want one in our own backyard at some point.
I dont currently have any little tikes products, but love that they can create such imagination. We have the turtle sandbox and My first Slide. I am looking forward to seeing my kids continue to play with the Little Tikes Cape Cottage Playhouse throughout the summer and the rest of the year. I only had to break out a screw driver to attach the flag holder. This was one of the easiest kid toys that I have ever put together.
There are 2 doors so they can easily enter and exit without tripping over each other. My daughter has put chairs inside to do a tea party with her dolls and she still has plenty of room skywalker trampoline 15 for mommy. (I have to wiggle my way inside but I make it work! Ha, anything for my princess). I work with kids ages 18months -10 and all of them run to and play with this playhouse.
