I still think they should be transparent on their website about the problem and how to prevent it from happening. It’s a simple thing to check and adjust upon receipt of the bike. When you buy a car, you receive a manual that tells you exactly what replacement parts you would need should you need to replace them. You can choose to purchase them from a dealership, or another provider. Sunny Health should do the same for parts that are not unique to their company.
