I would recommend the 7-in-1 Instant Pot Duo Nova Pressure Cooker back when it was launched, especially if you’re looking for a generous pot capacity. It’s the brand’s only product line that offers a 10-quart cooking pot. It’s exceptionally helpful when slow cooking as you can see the contents. However, if you already have a transparent cover that fits, you don’t need to get another one. If you ever end up having tough greases after using your pressure cooker, soaking it overnight always does the trick. All multicookers, including the Duo Nova, have a moderate learning curve.
With the new lid, it automatically seals to keep flavors, nutrients, and aromas inside. A new button makes it easier to release steam once the food is done cooking, and it’s placed away from the actual release valve so you shouldn’t experience burns from the hot steam coming out. The buttons are all big and easy-to-read, and the new LCD has a progress indicator to let you know when your pot is coming to pressure and when the cooking cycle begins.
In designing the DUO Nova, Instant Pot took an already user-friendly machine and added a convenient pressure release button.
