Pressure Cooker Chili Recipe

Hi Waseem, I recommend taking a look at the photos in the recipe post. In one of the air fryers, you can see inside we have the wings on the wire rack on the middle shelf and the pan with foil catching any drippings at the bottom. I made this tonight and used it for 1-Pot Lentil Dal from the Minimalist Baker. I followed the recipe using all ground spices, not whole and it turned out just fine. The one modification I made was using 2.5 green chilis, not 3 to lower the heat a little bit.

Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired. Remove the last batch of chicken from the pan and discard almost all the oil, leaving just a couple of tablespoons in the pan. Position oven rack in upper third of oven and preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Can you Omit the Lemongrass and achieve the same flavor? I have a severe food allergy to Lemongrass. I just made this and served as a topping with Thai lettuce wraps. I also used it with coconut milk and a lot of veggies.

I would read through your oven air fryer instructions just if any changes need to be made, but I imagine it will be the same if it’s an air fryer. Make sure you dry the wings thoroughly. It’s exceptional to dry them on a rack in your fridge cuisinart griddler elite overnight tossed with a little baking powder or cornstarch. This will make the skin extra crispy. Unfortunately, I only had canned green chillis and the curry lacked the extra kick I was looking for. Next time I will use fresh.
