These boots were made very heavy by the mail reinforcement and are slightly less so today from the use of modern materials as stiffeners. I live in the northeast & wear my uggs when it’s cold… Kind of defeats the purpose of keeping my feet/lower legs warm.

I am a standard size 8, but unfortunately these boots are a little too large for me, they slip up and down on my heels, so I am disappointed about that, otherwise a beautifully made product. I was concerned about buying them since customers complain the tall boot is tight around the calfs. I would say I have muscular non skinny calfs.
