Litchi, ginger and musk – there are notes I feel mostly. A little, almost invisible pepper and amber at the end. I just checked out the work of Alberto Morrillas, the nose of both scents, and I am a fan. I also own my second bottle of Pleasures by Estee Lauder, another scent that gives me the feeling of being freshly showered all day.
I like when Magnolia comes into play – it makes the fragrance fresh and feminine. However ginger and black pepper make it very spicy, I’m afraid a bit too spicy for my liking. Miracle starts off sour and sharp on my skin. Lemon, pepper, fresh ginger, and celery? It eventually settles into a fresh, tangy, lightly musky floral, with that strange hint of celery. I actually like the celery note, it really hooks me in.
I wrote a review on this a while ago, but I wanted to update, because Miracle has really become my favorite scent. I reach for it at least several times a week, and I have a very large collection from which to choose. There is just genifique something so fresh and sweet about this fragrance. It always feels right (i.e. night, day, summer, winter). Inoffensive, it’s appropriate for any occasion, but it still smells special. It makes me feel very clean and pretty.
I always wanted Miracle and smelled in a magazine and fell for it. It reminded me of fresh mimosas that I use to smell at these rich people house in Highland Park a posh Chicago suburb. Warm pretty spicy and pink sunshine just beautiful. The lady always had fresh flowers in the summer.
