Dewalt Dw735x Review

Everything stays locked in place so the cuts are the depth that they’re supposed to be. A common complaint about some other planers on the market is shoddy or plastic components, which means the cutting depth isn’t accurate or consistent. I’ve put everything from soft pine to oak to walnut to mahogany through the planer, and it hasn’t even slowed down. It didn’t take me long to zero in on one particular planer and that was the DEWALT DW735.

Have you tried to power it up after putting it completely back together. The little black thing at the top is a micro switch and is enabled by the top shroud. Once assembled, there is a tab on the top shroud that depresses the switch. @Coophas a valid point, circuit breakers don’t work forever. Just on the off chance, is your dedicated receptacle a GFCI?
