The central atrium of our Beaux-Arts Court has been redesigned as an enchanted garden, and a concluding gallery celebrates dresses worn by stars from Grace Kelly to Jennifer Lawrence. Tory Burch is an American lifestyle brand that mixes classic style with a modern point of view. The collection includes ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, accessories, home and fragrance. He introduced a new silhouette, accentuating the female figure with long flowing skirts, fitted waists and softly rounded shoulders and hips. No designer has ever impacted the fashion world quite like Mr. Estee Lauder makeup has. The house of Dior continues its passion in offering women modern beauty and happiness.

The bag, however, is anything but ordinary, and has a few special touches. This is likely not the last Blackpink sighting to be had during PFW. Rosé is in town for the Saint Laurent show, being amongst their global ambassadors. Jennie, aka “Human Chanel,” could likely be attending the Chanel show, having starred in a campaign for their new Coco Neige collection earlier this week. And Lisa, global ambassador of Celine, is expected to make an appearance at their show.

She was particularly inspired by Bohan’s Slim Look collection, presented in 1961 — a departure from founder Christian ’s hourglass Bar jacket. “I was obsessed with the idea of showing how many different jacket silhouettes are in the history of Dior, so I did very different shapes, because I don’t just want to speak about the Bar jacket,” she explained. For the first major show of Paris Fashion Week, the Dior women’s wear designer transformed a tent in the Tuileries gardens into a ‘60s-era nightclub, with a multilevel circular stage where a live band played Italian disco music, and models stood until it was their turn to walk. Dozens of brands will show their collections to in-person audiences in the French capital through Oct. 5, capping a month that has seen the return of celebrity-packed fashion events and screaming fans to New York, London and Milan following months of pandemic disruptions. Dior was born on January 21, 1905, in Granville, a seaside town in the north of France. He was the second of five children born to Alexandre Louis Maurice Dior, the owner of a highly successful fertilizer manufacturer, and his wife, Isabelle. When he was a boy, Dior’s family moved to Paris, where he would spend his youth. Celebrating both continents of Europe and Africa , his couture-conscious craftmanship was evident in gold dresses and diaphanous gold thread, with one fringe billowing down from a bag like in a fairy tale or Greek myth.

Cast in attractive and elegant geometric forms, Dior’s eyewear presents a particular sophistication with an undercurrent of charming allure. French fashion house Balmain celebrated the 10-year anniversary of creative director Olivier Rousteing’s tenure with a catwalk show featuring a host of celebrity models including Naomi Campbell, former French First Lady Carla Bruni, Milla Jovovich and Natalia Vodianova. From 1937, Dior was employed by the fashion designer Robert Piguet, who gave him the opportunity to design for three Piguet collections. Dior would later say that ‘Robert Piguet taught me the virtues of simplicity through which true elegance must come.’ One of his original designs for Piguet, a day dress with a short, full skirt called “Cafe Anglais”, was particularly well received. Whilst at Piguet, Dior worked alongside Pierre Balmain, and was succeeded as house designer by Marc Bohan – who would, in 1960, become head of design for Christian Dior Paris.
