One caveat – for the price, longevity and sillage aren’t impressive. Perhaps not appalling, but not great either. The delightful Kummba oil I tested the same day far outperformed in both categories. As others have stated, and I agree I don’t think it’s worth paying full price for it unless you really really love it.
This is one of those perfumey smelling perfumes, sort of like those “classic” older fragrances where the notes don’t really smell anything like the actual authentic ingredients. No authentic white flowers or indoles or anything, just a nice perfume-y rendition of them. I’m not a fan of white floral in general in fragrances, especially tuberose, Polo Ralph Lauren t shirt but hands down, this one by far has succeeded its purpose of convincing me otherwise. I started to like tuberose and jasmine NOW, from the moment I was introduced to “Woman” by coincidence. I play-tested this scent in the store while waiting for my husband to pick me up. After years of searching this is the perfume of perfumes.

It lasts for hours on my skin and there’s not single moment in its development over time that isn’t completely and utterly intoxicating. This perfume, for me, will be the apex of mainstream eau de parfum. I might have to come back to this later, since it is quite new . It is strange how some scents just grow on you. My first impression was literally “Not my cup of tea.” Then I got back to it, once – still not impressed. And then a second time and it has won me over!
Some have mentioned a creamy tuberose and I wish I got more of that, or any! Very strong, so best sprayed sparingly in my opinion. Woman by Ralph Lauren is super polo dress shirts fresh white floral. Good choice when you want to smell “crisp” all day. The fruit notes are more so for balance, so it doesn’t smell tropical or anything.
