Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Stainless Cookware 12 Piece Set

This feature definitely helps seal in the moisture even more. Because of this, I always have flavorful meals to offer my family. I will surely keep this in my family for years to come and have this as an heirloom. I will never trade it for any other types of cookware again.

For a quick and dirty evaluation, I would go to your local kitchen store where they would sell these models and given that their surfaces are the same , compare how much they weigh. They can rave all they want how they layer metals for heat distribution, but you’ll see that All-Clad aside from being more expensive than lookalikes, are usually heavier as well. I just can’t seem to justify the 3x cost of the Calphalon when this set seems to have good reviews and the same construction. OK, these aren’t dishwasher spots, hand washed it and towel dried it right away and since I got them from Amazon.com I can’t just take it back.

The stay-cool stainless-steel handles have a contoured design that gives the handles a unique swooped look. They are riveted for extra durability and have a thumb cuisinart soup maker rest for easy control. This 13-piece set includes a pair of saucepans, a sauté pan, a Dutch oven, and a stockpot, each with its own stainless-steel lid.

The cuisinart 12-piece cookware set is compatible with a variety of stove tops and oven temperatures. The tri-ply layering of the cookware ensures even heat distribution through the bottom and top of the pots and pans. In addition, the premium stainless-steel layers do not react with food or alter their flavors.

Just scrubbing alone may not get rid of all the stains and you should also avoid using a steel wool scrubber because it can damage the surface of the cookware. Comparing the two, I like the Calphalon set more, plus I know it is 18/10 SS unlike the multiclad set now, and it has BBB lifetime return cuisinart pots and pans set policy in case something happens. Unless you don’t need a 12″ pan, this set ends up being a better deal. There was no way I could justify upping to an All-Clad set. Individual pieces can cost as much as that set. The French Classic is even heavier than the Multiclad and is worth a look too.
