O de is very reminiscent of the era when it was released. It is very green and on the same vein as Alliage and some of the others that came out in that time. If you were a fan of green fragrances this one is for you. The newer version has held true to its reformulation. I am not a green fan so it does not work for me.
One should also try Miss Dior Originale, yes, I know with a ‘miss’ in the name it makes things a bit more difficult for men to have a look. But it seems/smells a better version of present day Eau Sauvage. I got it as part of a swap and couldn’t get rid of it so beautiful it wears on me, like ES Le Parfum.
