It isn’t difficult to tighten or loosen the straps without baby in the seat so not sure what the problem is. I wish I’d read a review about how difficult it is to adjust the harness straps before graco travel system I purchased this seat. It truly takes away from the other features that I like! But let’s be honest, if I can’t adjust the straps to a proper fit then it doen’t matter that I like other features.
This should definitely be an across-the-board feature! Other notable features include its dual cup holders—one for a baby-sized beverage, the other for snack cup or maybe a few toys for the ride. This car seat is awesome for extended rearfacing! My daughter is almost 3 years old and downs even have to bend her legs (she is somewhere between inches tall) and she does not even have the graco jogging stroller extender completely extended. The only thing that I do not like about it is when forward facing, you cannot use the strap covers. Fits well in my Toyota Camry and my husbands Chevy Tahoe.
