You can take multiple readings on the same arm and you will get very different readings. Read the instruction manual and keep your arm the same level as your heart. I suppose you can take the average omron 3 series of 3 or 4 readings to see about what your BP may be. Sometimes it squeezes your arm gently and other times it’s much stronger. I’d like to get it calibrated to know how accurate it is.
