The CONNECT system will help guide you through the timing of when to flip your meat to achieve that perfect doneness. It even has a fuel monitor that you can check at the display on the grill or in the Weber Connect app. While the EX-325s offers a lot in the way of connectivity, it does have some limits on storage. It still features six tool hooks for your grilling tools, but it does not come with the grill locker that some of the new Genesis models have.
Some of these features come with marked improvements to longevity, performance and overall ease of use over previous Genesis series models. You can upgrade the entry level Weber Genesis II series with wifi connectivity. The “Smart weber charcoal grill Grills” give you real time data on food temperature and countdown timer. Weber Genesis II entry models feature either an open storage are or a closed one. The baseline features are 3 burners with each 13,000 BTU cooking power. The Spirit and Genesis series of grills now feature modern updates with new features being added every couple years. Weber Genesis II models feature a choice of three or four burners, all rated at a healthy 37,500 BTU to provide ample heating power for any ingredients.
Some of them are also reversible, providing you a thin side and a wide side. Large cuts and steaks can cook well on the wide side while the thin side can be used for more delicate cuts and fish. This grill also has a little bit more power than the E-310, but not as much space or features. With three burners and porcelain grates, it is quite similar to Weber Genesis.
