The rule of thumb for flat-top grills is that the grill should have around 60 BTUs per square inch of cooking surface. With all the equipment required for camping, hauling a full-size Blackstone may not be practical. It features the same cast-iron cooking surface found on full-size Blackstone grill models but on a much smaller scale. However, there are no returns/refunds for custom cut orders.
