Griddle surfaces provide a uniform cooking area that doesn’t leave marks on your food or require as much cleanup as a traditional grill. The side tables are a little larger, great if you like having a lot of extra food prep space during your cooking. It’s an excellent choice if you plan to use a griddle for cooking sparingly or only want to add some egg or pancake-cooking ability to your normal grill coleman sleeping bags cookouts. One thing that stood out immediately is that the cooking grate is rather thin. I don’t believe that this will be a long-termproblem, but compared to other grills, the grate is definitely thinner. If they did make the grate stiffer/stronger, it would probably add to the weight of the grill and thus reduce the portability.
