It’s less narrow than Uppababy Vista (on paper it’s the same but with the wheels and sizes Evenflo wagon is slightly smaller), which means it fits through the door. Officially, Evenflo Pivot Xplore Wagon Stroller has a height limit in addition to a weight limit and it’s only 39″. Which is basically my toddler’s height at 2.5 years because he’s tall. He can squeeze underneath the canopy but it’s not great and even the baby who’s currently 30″ tall fits, but it gets flimsy when he’s got a hat on.
I found that wagon mode is much better for going through grass, dirt, gravel or sand. While both wagons fold similarly, Wonderfold is just too heavy. We wanted a wagon that can ride on rough terrain so needed an Elite model of Wonderfold… which evenflo car seat weight 47 lbs for 2-seater. It’s a pain to load it up into your trunk or lug it on public transport. Keep in mind that if you think that Wonderfold has storage underneath the seats you will lose part of it because the kids have to exit.
After more research, I finally came across the Evenflo Pivot Xplore. At $269 (on sale) this was the easiest price to settle into and it came with a lot of fun accessories. My wife and I, as parents realize the importance of caring for a child and the blessing that it brings, and we strive to buy products that are used to protect our precious little boy. After all, spring is just around the corner, and there will be trips where this stroller wagon will be a lifesaver. The Baby Trend is bulky when folded making it more cumbersome to load and stow in a vehicle. There is no footwell and the seats are straight up and down resulting in a less comfortable evenflo wagon stroller ride for children. It also didn’t perform quite as well in our terrain and steering tests. These two stroller wagons are similar in price with the Evenflo generally running higher. The inner dimensions of these wagons is almost identical except that the Evenflo has a footwell.
