Weber® Spirit II E-210 2-Burner Gas Grill Agri Supply

The Spirit II E-310’s overall compact size (helped by a fold-down side table) suits almost any patio or deck. And yet its grilling surface is big enough to cook a complete meal for a family or a dozen burgers for a party. With a thick cast-aluminum firebox, this model will last for years. (Weber’s warranty covers all parts for a full decade—among the best coverage in the industry.) For decades, the company has refined the Spirit’s design, too. This version includes an easily accessible externally mounted propane tank and an under-grill shelf.

Weber’s warranty covers burner hoods on the 2022 Genesis models and all parts on the Spirit II models for 10 years. Or you could find third-party options that claim higher performance and long lifespans (though we haven’t tested these claims ourselves). “I emailed the photos on Thursday, and on Saturday an incident rep called me.

This grill also features a porecelain-enameled cast iron cooking grates, fold down left side shelf, tool hooks and LP tank gauge. Weber is no longer producing our former upgrade pick, the Weber Genesis II E-310. But this model is still available for purchase at big-box stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s. For one thing, this grill has an externally mounted propane tank, which is easier to install and replace than traditional, under-grill tanks (like on our current upgrade pick). And this type of tank also frees up the area under the grill for storage of tools and other items. With the Genesis II E-310, we didn’t notice a significant upgrade in performance over that of the Spirit II E-310.

This is a grill that will stand the test of time to give you enjoyable BBQs for years to come. Use the side tables to keep platters, seasonings, and tools within arm’s reach while the food is cooking. Hang your essential grilling tools on the hooks for easy access and organization of your backyard weber spirit 2 workspace. As mentioned, the grates have been designed to be easy to clean. As long as you use a cleaning brush to dust them off after every cooking session, they should remain as good as new. Remember to avoid using too much pressure or harsh tools or you may risk chipping the coating.

This two burner grill is built to fit small spaces, and packed with features such as the powerful GS4 grilling system, iGrill capability, and convenient side tables for placing serving trays. While maintaining a few of the better features like an expansive grilling area, Blackstone Adventure the Spirit II came out with an upgrade in a few features. The Spirit II models, for instance, come in a lighter design and use only 2 sturdy wheels, where their predecessors used to use 4. On top of this, these grills came with a few color options for the lid.

That’s not necessarily a problem in itself, because you can oil iron grates and season them as you would a cast-iron skillet. But if they were originally porcelain-coated (as is the case on our top pick and budget pick), you may end up with chips of porcelain in your food, and that’s not a good thing. Again, you can replace grates with factory parts or third-party alternatives.

The porcelain-enameled Weber Spirit II E-310 features 3 stainless steel burners that produce 32,000 BTUs, each with independent electronic ignition. The warming rack provides an additional 105 square inches for a total of 529 square inches of cooking area. Spirit grills come equipped with a porcelain-enameled grease tray with a catch pan to make clean-up as easy as possible. The black porcelain-enameled hood has a center-mounted thermometer to monitor cooking temperatures and painted cast-aluminum end caps. This Weber Spirit grill has a painted steel frame and front-mounted control knobs to leave more room on the two stainless steel side shelves for prep space.

With the E-310 models, however, the Spirit II has a lower BTU of 30,000 as against the 32,000 of the Spirit series. This difference is insignificant and does not affect the performance of both grills though. An introductory line of offering, the grills under this series comes with the iconic GS4 grilling, ignition, 10-year warranty, and flavorizer bars that prevent flare-ups.
