I love Evenflo products, but absolutely despised their customer service. Evenflo has one of the worst customer service we have dealt with. My fiancé and I ordered a car seat from them almost 3 weeks ago. When we went to track our order it kept telling us that the order number was wrong. She called the warehouse and somehow 3 other orders were placed the same as ours and they didn’t have any in stock for us.
