I know there are work arounds for all of the issues I was having, but the Blackstone solved a few of my major cooking flaws lickety-split. Cooking on the griddle will leave the cooktop with food scraps and excess oil on the surface, Blackstone Adventure requiring you to clean it properly. This Blackstone flat top grillhas an external grease trap that’s located on the back of the cooktop. After you have disconnected the propane, be sure to remove the grease cup from the back of the griddle. You do not want to forget this step … otherwise, your day will become quite messy!
It is very important that you inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. You must also take photos of all sides of the box and send them to us within 2 days.

Its 36-inch model, for example, measures more than 5 feet wide. In addition to being more compact, this 17-inch griddle weighs just 30 pounds, less than half the weight of Blackstone’s 28-inch models. Its small size allows it to fit in a trunk with plenty of room for other gear. It also runs off a small 16-ounce propane canister, so there’s no need to tow along a 20-pound tank.
