Based on general pricing and size considerations however I’d recommend most everyone get a Chulux. If however you want extra features like Bold settings or better casing then the K-Mini Plus is probably worth it. It’s still tiny and will work better than the others for a longer time due to quality enhancements.
It is perfect for homes and offices with space constraints (e.g. city apartments, offices, dorms, hotels). Some of my friends use their own K-Mini while on vacation, instead of using coffee makers at the hotels. On a related note, coffee makers compatible with k-cups are typically more expensive. Keurig holds a prominent position in the market place, and dictates the prices. On one hand, Keurig claims that all the plastic its coffee machines and K-pods are made of, is FDA approved and BPA free, and hence, safe to use. For such a small coffee maker, I was impressed with what Keurig K-Mini could accomplish.
The Mixpresso is my #1 recommendation for anyone looking for a well made yet tiny k-cup coffee machine and the Flexbrew is a great alternative if you don’t need something tiny. It’s easy to pour water into and is very affordable. The Keurig Mini is a good single-serve coffee maker, keurig single cup drip coffee makers offering great value for its very appealing price. It’s easy to use, reasonably simple to clean, and produces tasty, hot coffee. The K-Mini is a great starter model that will fit most kitchens and budgets. It’s simple to use and clean, and it’s compatible with all regular K-Cups.
To use this machine, you just add water, insert a K-Cup, push down the lever, and hit the brew button. After a couple of minutes, you’ll have a hot cup of freshly brewed coffee. For a small coffee maker, Keurig K-Mini surprised with some of the solutions and features. Just like with K-Classic, I wish there were options to control temperature or strength of coffee.
