The whole system is easy to maneuver and move around the garden and I particularly like the product design that keeps all the parts contained on the unit. Because the unit is more vertical than horizontal, it has a fairly small footprint—a big plus if, like me, you have limited storage space. Four give a different angle and pressure of spray; the fifth is used to apply detergent. With the trigger lock set, attach one of the five nozzles onto the end of the spray wand. The nozzles lock into place easily (and can also be removed easily by pulling back on the Quick-Connect collar at the end of the spray wand—the nozzle will pop right off). Other power washers I’ve tried have actually damaged my deck, but the settings on this machine were ideal and made the job really easy.

It’s only natural for outdoor furniture and surfaces to sully over time. After all, they’re exposed to the elements, plus plenty of dirt and mildew. But just as you would clean your living room with a cordless vacuum and wipe down your kitchen with a top-notch mop, your outdoor area can look good as new with help from the right tools.
Even the washer hose and the electric cord have holders to hang on. Sometimes electric pressure washers produce a pulsating pressure. This means that the pressure frequently changes between high and low. There can also be a problem with a damaged inlet, manifold, or pump valve that causes a pulsing pressure.

If it stops working or a part breaks, they will either send you a free replacement part or send you a new or comparable product at no charge. Then, you need to attach the metal spray wand to the plastic trigger gun. Twist both the trigger gun and the spray wand together until they are snug, but not so tight that you strip the plastic threads. All the parts of the washer, including the spray wand, nozzles, and detergent tanks, store on the cart itself.
Other than the cord storage, this unit was easy to pack up. The gun and wand easily fit on the side and do not need to be disassembled. The only other complaint we have is that this is a big and tall unit that will take up a good amount of space in your garage or shed.
Another quibble is the length of the extension wand, which, at 34 inches, is a few inches smaller than competing washers. It’s a noticeable difference, especially when you are reaching to clean the side of the house. Plan on having a ladder handy for tough-to-reach spots. We used it to clean our porch furniture, some white picket fencing, siding, and a grill we left outside all winter. The grill was caked with grime and grease, and the Sun Joe cut through it with ease. Because it isn’t overly powerful, the Sun Joe removed the superficial dirt from our porch furniture and siding without damaging it.
On the other hand, the lightest ones are easy to load into a vehicle, but you have to bend over and pick them up to move them around your property or job site. If you’re moving them often or over long distances, a light one that you have to carry might be harder on your back than a heavy one that rolls on the ground. At 28.2 pounds, the SPX3000 is on the lighter side of most pressure washers, so it’s easy to get in and out of a vehicle.
