My kids are grown so I don’t have any Little Tikes toys. My great-niece would love this in her back yard as a reading spot or a place to pretend. I think my kids would enjoy hours of imaginative play and I could enjoy some peace and quiet! We have quite a few little tikes toys and we like how durable they are, with three boys that’s kind of a big deal. The Playhouse comes in an over sized box and it does show what it is on the outside so keep that in mind if you order it as a gift.
We have a toy box and firetruck…she would love this house reminds me of grandma’s house. It is so cute the flag holder is awesome. We have a little tyke wagon and toy box, love the mail slot. My niece loves getting mail and this would be perfect for her. I have paired the little tikes cape cottage playhousewith other toys we have outside, and it has enhanced playtime. I even added an American flag to give it a real home feel.
The playhouse is a huge hit when we have playdates, and can easily fit 3 little ones inside. I’m excited to see how he and his friends evolve with this house skywalker trampoline 15 overtime. Maybe they will pretend to be a mailman and drop off mail in the slot. Tom and Jack were delighted to see that their cottage has a post box.
We have several Little Tikes products and I love how they last forever if they are taken care of! My little ones would love the playhouse especially the windows. I like how the playhouse comes with some windows my son would love it. I’ve wanted one of these for my little girl! She loves playing “house” and it seems every large toy made by Little Tikes is really durable! Love the colors and i can’t believe it took such little time for you to assemble.
I was surprised at how easy it was to put together. I should add I put it together at 39 weeks pregnant all by myself. We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. Disabling it will result in some disabled or missing features.

We’ve had many picnics out back in the cottage , and they love pretending that they are taking care of their own house! The cottage has been outside for a couple of weeks and withstood some serious bad weather as well as very extreme heat and I see no evidence of damage or warping. Overall I would recommend this playhouse for its top quality, style and great value. I can see it being a favourite for years to come.
