My kids are grown so I don’t have any Little Tikes toys. My great-niece would love this in her back yard as a reading spot or a place to pretend. I think my kids would enjoy hours of imaginative play and I could enjoy some peace and quiet! We have quite a few little tikes toys and we like how durable they are, with three boys that’s kind of a big deal. The Playhouse comes in an over sized box and it does show what it is on the outside so keep that in mind if you order it as a gift.
Our neighborhood park has several little playhouses for the toddlers to play inside of, and I always knew I would want one in our own backyard at some point. The Cape Cottage Playhouse is the perfect size for our little lad, and has also captivated our five year old and seven year old nieces. The children love opening and shutting the doors as well as the windows. Once this product arrived- and by arrived, I mean that I came home to the most massive box ever blocking my front door! – I was slightly nervous to tackle the assembly process.
