The treadmill works perfectly thus far, off course so far what I Use it for is fast pace walking. Once I lower my weight I will try jogging on it. Fits under my bed or behind my door.
I opted not to use those though. Love that this was easy to assemble. Very convenient relatively light weight machine while still feeling sturdy.
