Looked in the morning and it was giving an error code I30. The repair person came out a week later and said it needs a pump and a computer board. The vent and blower are experiencing issues- either the vent actuator is defective or the blower motor is failing. A replacement blower-vent assembly could be needed. If the button still will not work, change out the whole control board. Check for a defective touchpad circuit (pads/buttons not functioning)– replace the whole pad but you should first check if ribbon cable is corroded since it can make the button to be non-responsive .
