Apart from that, the whole shaving head pivots to further improve the contact between the cutting elements and the different contours of the face. To this end, I would recommend avoiding any Series 5 models that do not come with a cleaning station. I’ll be straight up, the cleaning station takes all the hassle away from cleaning your shaver. If you like anything that is convenient then cleaning your Series 9 shaver does not get any easier than this. If you want to keep using the cleaning station you will have to buy replacement cleaning cassettes as they run out. Unfortunately, the Series 5 charger cord is the shortest of any major shaver brands.

The blades and foils can’t be separated , so some stubborn hairs and debris may get stuck in hard-to-reach spots.
You simply plug the power cord and place the shaver on it for a charge. However, you can also charge the shaver without placing it on the stand.
