I picked up a griddle accessories kit on amazon that came with a couple plastic bottles. I keep one full of oil for cooking and one full of water. Season heavy when you first get it, for us we find crisco on it after cooking on it works great. 100% highly recommend, mine even came damaged and I was promptly sent a new one.
