It is a winner in many areas such as the casual design, reduced form factor, lots of features, and obviously in price. Casio tested this watch (as they do the G-Shock series in general) in various environments and substances to ensure its durability over time. From substances like acids, oil, to high water pressure and shocks like falling from face level, you name it, they tried it all. The watch made it through all of this without getting a scratch. Giving abuse to this watch is like pouring water to the fish, it feels so natural to resist everything you subject it to.
