There is no scratch warranty on sunglass lenses. The original frame must be returned, prior to a warranty replacement and/or store credit is issued. If a frame can not be returned the warranty will be considered null/void. All materials and packaging must be returned to us in new condition to receive a full refund on your frame and 50% on your lenses. If you return an order that had free lenses you will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
