I have Royal Hawaiian Tuberose cologne that I bought in Maui and the opening is similar. The RH perfume stays the same, it’s just Tuberose but RL Woman is unique and has many layers. RL perfumes have never lasted long on my skin, and this is no exception. What starts off as a fresh Polo Ralph Lauren t shirt pretty white floral just lands on flat woods. A review mentions Chloe’ EDP, which may be what I’m smelling which catches in the back of my throat like a slight raspy quality. This is part of the silage quality of a fragrance where it stands out from the skin several inches.
Crisp, clean white shirt, navy jeans & loafers. Definitely can be worn dressed up or down. Sweet but has a sophistication I cannot explain.
This is a much softer, more feminine, more sensual – less offensive version of “Womanity”. It has a certain salacious quality to it – ralph lauren t shirt but it is sophisticated, refined, and more sensuous . Try it if you like opulent florals with a soft green touch and a bit of powder.
Like the extremely sour candy which makes me feel nauseated. It has the sweetness with the fruit and orange blossom touches on just right with Woods and other elements, none punching you in the face but done thoughtfully. I do like the packaging for Woman by polo dress shirts Ralph Lauren with its cute, gold flip cap, similar in design to Cartier’s Baiser Vole. The minimalist, black and white themed commercial featuring actress Jessica Chastain also makes it clear that this fragrance is being pushed towards the over 25 age group.
The flip cap on the bottle harkens back to the elegance of a bygone era, and I love the gentility of this touch. It is nice to feel that the finery of the bottle is well matched by the fragrance it contains. The other florals are orange blossom and a rose but to my nose the rose is also white in color.
I can get away with wearing this for pretty much any occasion and for many parts of the year. Plus, I am always receiving compliments when I wear this. Definitely will be keeping this in my collection for a while.
