It is a beautiful scent, no doubt about that. For me, it invokes an image of a well groomed, impeccably styled woman dressed in designer clothes. Someone who will lunch at the country club and go yachting in the Hamptons. It’s pretty easy to find and sample before purchasing, but for those contemplating a blind buy it reminds me of Burberry for women mixed with J’adore absolu.

It really reminds me of Jasmins Marzipane from Maison Lancome except Woman is sweeter. I will say the body cream is really nice too; melts into skin and smells like the perfume. For seasons, I think it’s more appropriate for cooler temps; spring, late fall and winter. Overall, it’s nothing groundbreaking, Polo Ralph Lauren t shirt but it’s nice and it’s been a while since Ralph Lauren has put out anything that I’ve liked enough to buy. After initial spray, Woman smells strongly of jasmine and woods with sweetness of pear.
It’s sweet, very sweet actually, but retains that nice shampoo freshness that keeps it from being cloying. Even though this perfume isn’t “me” since it’s a bit on the sweet side, I must say that it is nice. I picture a mature older woman in a fragrance like this. I adore tuberose and pear together and this has a soft vanilla under that. To me this is a summer-fall transitional fragrance. It reminds me of the kind of fragrances I started out wearing when I first got into perfumes in the late 90ties.
Sweeter and softer than Diptyque’s Do Son, or other more expensive tubereoe focused scents. Great transition fragrance for daytime office to evening, dinner soirée. I couldn’t find this in the shops where I live so I blind bought it online from UK and don’t regret it for one polo dress shirts second! Beautiful perfume, a must for lovers of floral perfumes. This is a very pretty scent, it is light and classy. And, important note, I really like the minimalist bottle design with the hip-flask style bronze cap, very reminiscent of the old and iconic Safari bottle.
