I make bread and no longer have to knead it because the dough hook does all the work, I make pancakes and the paddle does all the mixing. I love this machine and wonder how I did without it all these years. This one does not stay in place when mixing cookie dough much less bread dough. It’s beautiful and all but I was a bit disappointed. I had to scrape the bottom of the bowl many times to get the dough mixed together. I let it run for 10 minutes and it still left dough on the bottom. I seen YouTubers using KitchenAid cuisinart pots and pans set and their dough incorporated very well. I read a few reviews before purchasing it with the same problem and I thought I wouldn’t have any issues as them. I will still keep it because it’s still less work than kneading by hand.
