The AOSTA II rubber compound outsoles were an absolute joy to run in along my paved trail of choice. The airy spring-like design had me feeling light as a feather with each stride. The outsole provides superb lateral stability while allowing the shoe to be extremely k swiss tennis shoes flexible front to back. I spent less time fighting a stiff shoe and more time enjoying the trail and my pain free shins. The Flex-grooves increase flexibility and traction. Felt comfortable out of the box and so cushy, just what I was looking for.
I wear a 6 in everything and this was right on the money. They have a good amount of room in the toe box which provides plenty of room when your foot tends to expand while working out. Oh and the laces stay tight and tied, always a plus. Another factor many runners obsess over when the time comes to buy new running shoes is how good of a value they are getting.
