G Shock Watches
Aptly termed, the “toughest watch on the planet”, a watch bearing the G-Shock label brings exquisite craftsmanship and intricate detailing to a whole new level. These watches have been inspired by a bouncing rubber ball and designed by legendary engineer Kikuo Ibe and his team known as “Team Tough”. The watches have indeed undergone a number of changes in terms of design and colour since the first G-Shock, the model DW-5000C, was launched in 1983. The watches with a profile diameter of 48.6mm have a case and straps made of resin. These watches are equipped with features like an alarm, an annual calendar and Bluetooth too.
Styled just like the originals, but now with full metal construction, including bracelets on some models. These look like the 1980s but function futuristically with solar power. The G-Shock collection includes various ranges, from the stylish stainless steel models from G-Shock-Steel and G-Shock MT-G to the sporty and robust designs from Master of G.
Three leveled dials are not easy to make and definitely something which can not be achieved by a bevy of brands outsourcing their assembly to China. The 5 hour dial on the left half of the watch runs contrary to the primary dial with every recoil of the stop watch function. This one is for those who love the watches not only for the looks but for the horology wrapped around g shock watch ones wrist. G-Shock watches are ultra tough, durable watches with an impressive history. These Casio watches feature complex functions like GPS location, tide tracking, depth meters, altimeters, barometers, compasses, solar power dials, and much more. Whether you prefer a watch with Roman numerals or Arabic numbers, analog wristwatches feature a variety of dials.
Note that this model doesn’t have a countdown timer, and there is no world time either. Other features include hourly time beep and g shock watch an electric backlight. The Casio G-Shock Collection have been manufactured with the aim of creating a watch that is unbreakable.
Now, does the stainless steel build make this square tougher and more durable? But you’ll only notice that difference if you run lab experiments on it. In real-life situations, however, there is no difference between a G-Shock with the plastic inner case and a G-Shock with the stainless steel DLC coated one.
