When purchasing this processor I took it for granted that the stock fan would be enough to gtx 1090 cool the processor and keep in great working order. I found out quickly unless I went into the BIOS and changed the fan to a higher speed that the processor would quickly and easily after about 10 min overheat. Having to ramp up the speed on the stock cpu fan gets noisy fast.
While we fully replace any damage items, we do not offer refunds on build kits. Because the computer is being built and assembled by the customer we cant guarantee the safety of the part handling and thus can not provide refunds once a build kit has begun being assembled. When it arrived it wouldn’t start up but I got in contact with the company and they walked me through some steps to get it running again. I’m happy with the pc and I’m grateful for the grade A customer service. We are currently sourcing some different cards in order to speed up processing times.
