It’s very accurate when material is properly supported, but very difficult to do with larger boards because of what was pointed out…very very little infeed capacity table support wise. I’ve had some luck with a featherboard, although it’s a bit tricky. A feather board can also be helpful; I use them at work all the time on a large cabinet saw, routers, etc.
You may want to take those parts to a tool repair shop where they can be tested. Make sure you have the correct type number of the table saw before you order parts. Some of the part numbers are different depending on the type number.
Todd, Thanks for your frank and straightforward reply here. I too have used Harbor Freight tools from time to time. Okay for a one-time use, but not otherwise worth the investment.
Besides, this device is also designed with a steel base. However, you may not be able to work on larger site projects as the device is quite dewalt Hand tools small when you compare it to the other models. Tripping over all the cords placed at your job-site can be incredibly frustrating.
