I called right away to intex and they opened a claim and I was told to upload my receipt and they would process the new liner to get shipped. I sent the invoice, email confirmation of order, email confirmation of shipment, fed-ex shipping confirmation and plenty of pictures of the box and hole in liner. Than they proceeded to say that now I need to open the box and cut the pool up and send pictures of the cut up pool to get a replacement part, which was not guaranteed to come for months.
