Ordered a Intex above ground pool from the manufacturer to support them instead of using a third party such as amazon. However when Fed-Ex delivered the pool the bottom of the box was completely tore up. You could see thru to the pool liner which had a hole in it. I was told not to open the box due to may having to return in its original condition. I filed a claim with invoice, pictures of the box and pictures thru the box to the hole in the liner. Clear indications that this pool was defective thru shipping.
