When cutting door or baseboard trim for new flooring, use a piece of scrap flooring as a guide. Lay the scrap piece of flooring on the subfloor and rest the blade flat on its surface. If you keep the blade in contact with this scrap piece as you cut the trim, dewalt accessories you’ll end up with a section of perfectly scribed baseboard for your new floor to fit under.
