Unless budget is a serious factor I would say go with the Rangeman because it has Tough Solar/Multi-Band 6 and the Triple Sensor, and it’s not really that much more expensive. You might also consider the solar-powered GW-9700B-1 but that has a reverse LCD display . If you don’t need the Triple Sensor then the G-7900 is a fine choice with good features but personally I prefer solar models. I don’t think the Rangeman is too big for a 6.5″ wrist. You might think it’s too big at first if you are used to wearing smaller watches but you might get used to the size.
