I have never heard of something that makes soup like that! I’d make cream of veggie soup with whatever’s good at the Farmers’ Market each week. I’d like to make smoothies in the mornings for my hbby before he heads out to work. I would make vegetable beef soup and blend it for to go meals or a family member that just had surgery.

It is a bit difficult to “stir” one pound of uncooked, dry carrots with one blade. You might even need to use a silicone spatula a time or two before your liquids are added. Cleaning is easy if you rinse out, then put in washing up liquid and some water, and bring up to the boil, then wizz.
You can then proceed to blend your recipe or serve your recipe. I would also use this to puree butternut squash for my butternut squash and chicken lasagna and my husband would use it to make his smoothies. We’re hoping this soup maker and blender takes off in the states. Combo appliances like these aren’t generally too popular here but the Thermomix is much more common in Europe.
